Fast track to comeback!

I had lower back excruciating pain a while back. I was literally having to crawl out of the bed to use the bathroom and shower. With no home remedy working, I turn to Dr Mitchell through seeing his ads and made that leap. After only a few sessions I saw a drastic change in my relief of pain. After my complete treatment I was renewed again! Go get you some!

A bit pricy but well worth it! I was skeptical at first but was impressed with the tenacity of Dr. Ashley. After several secessions, I wasn’t improving as well as “I” thought I should HOWEVER when Dr. Ashley told me “if YOU don’t give up on us, WE won’t give up on YOU”. I am much better now and will be signing up for a maintenance program. I would also like to comment on the professionalism of the staff from the receptionist (Anna) to all of the assistants! A nice company!!

Oh, did I mention that I had two back surgeries prior to the Wellness program that didn’t work!!

Was not interested in surgery on my neck after an unfortunate issue with my neck, spine, area. Visited the Wellness Institute and was sold on the process. I stuck with the treatments and have been able to enjoy all the things I enjoyed in life before without pain or fear of major damage to my neck or spine. This is without receiving medications, shots, surgery. I am extremely happy with the results and recommend to certainly give Dr. Mitchell a call to see how he can help. Staff was always pleasant, on task, and ready to help in any way they could. A well oiled machine. Music is always spot on!! Thanks so much!!

I had fallen and broken my hip joint 6 years ago and continued to have pain which ran along my low back and leg. I didn’t think there were any other options until my son introduced me to Dr. Mitchell. I don’t need pain medications and no longer walk with a limp. Thanks Dr. Mitchell for the therapies and nutritional advice – I feel young again and cand can finally keep up with my grandchildren. I will see you soon!

Softball is my life. I was so happy when I received my scholarship to play for a university but I thought it was over when my knee went out during a scrimmage, not to mention the chronic nail infections from my cleats. I found Dr. Mitchell and he educated me on stretches and exercises and therapies really helped my pain. My knee is strong and I am back in the game. My feet are so happy with my orthotics.

Who ever thought there was another way to repair my herniated discs? I was told surgery was my only route. But Dr. Mitchell told me different. Every treatment with spinal decompression was improvement. I am more mobile, flexible and most important pain free – all of this without surgery! Thanks again!

Dr Mitchell and his staff are excellent. I have had very bad back pain for years. A friend referred me to Dr Mitchell. I was skeptical at first but after a handful of sessions started noticing a significant improvement. If you follow his plan, you will see a huge improvement, less pain, and much more mobility. I would like to take this time to thank Wellness Institute of Mount Juliet for there hard work for caring for me for my lower back and neck. The Non-Surgical Spine Decompression Center took care of my pain and suffering that I had. This center is the best for pain without surgery. This center has the best professional staff and polite employees. The center has everything you need for treatment. The center has top notch equipment and everything you need. I would recommend this center for your pain and injuries. Well worth it. You will be satisfied and treated right. Can't go wrong. Doctor Kevin and Doctor Ashley are amazing. Best doctors I have ever been around to be honest and give you there best opinion for your needs. This center has saved my back and neck keep from surgery. I am pain free and 100% better than I was. I feel like a million bucks. If you need pain free injury this is the place to go to. You will leave there feeling pain free and a happy smile on your face.

I have been going to Dr. Mitchell since 2018. He is a life saver. He has helped when I have problems from having a pinched nerve. The monthly maintenance helps. The staff is so friendly and pleasant. I'm greeted with a hello and by name, by Anna. Kierra and Nevaeh rock!! I enjoy my visits and love the music..

The Wellness Institute has made my life a lot better. I went there, barely able to walk. I had pinched nerves in my lower back and the pain was awful. After a few sessions, I was pain free and enjoying life again. I was told beforehand that I would need extensive surgery to heal my back. That doctor was wrong. Spinal decompression at the Wellness Institute Cured me without surgery. I feel so blessed to have meet with Dr. Mitchell.

Dr Mitchell and Dr Ashley genuinely care for their patients from the first visit and each visit thereafter! I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis, disc bulge and degenerative spondylolisthesis with a MRI in 2023. I then completed two rounds of physical therapy and two different treatments of epidural steroid injections. I still contined to have high level pain. I've been living daily on muscles relaxers, Advil, heating pad and ice packs. I knew I couldn't keep doing this and still not able to do my normal activties. I learned about Wellness Institute of Nashville through television commercials and interviews. I've been so impressed and blessed by Dr Mitchell and Dr Ashley! I no longer have the pain that I had when I started the non-surgical spinal decompressions! I had relief from my back pain in just a few visits! I love the decompression beds that actually feel good and beneficial. I'm back to all my normal activties with no pain. I'm very thankful and grateful for my care at The Wellness Institute of Nashville. All employees are kind and encouraging to all patients through all treatments! Sharon G

I was in pain 24/7 It was painful just to walk And on the first visit Dr. Mitchell and Dr. Ashley told me that they could relieve my pain and I would be able to bend over and touch my toes pain-free And I’m proud to say I can touch my toes pain-free after their treatments the best money I’ve ever spent Thanks

When I met Dr. Mitchell I was unable to walk or do hardly anything without assistance. I followed his plan to a tee and he had me moving on my own again within a month. It was painful but I trusted his treatment plan and I will forever be so thankful to him. You have to trust the process. He is a healer and a wonderful alternative to surgery!

While I appreciate and use the services provided, they REALLY need to show their Office hours when OPEN. I wasted a drive based on the hours SHOWN which was incorrect. I learned what the hours SHOWN are when there is someone there to answer the PHONE! Please show hours when one may get SERVICES!

I had gotten to where I was in constant pain and thought that surgery was my only option. My husband suggested contacting The Wellness Institute and see if anything else could be done. I am so glad I did. They have the facilities and plan that helped so much. I am so much better and have my life back. I would highly recommend Dr. Keith and Dr. Ashley. You will be glad you did.
