Before I came here I had shooting pain down both legs and couldn’t hardly walk. Now I am at a jog pace with no pain!

I had lower back excruciating pain a while back. I was literally having to crawl out of the bed to use the bathroom and shower. With no home remedy working, I turn to Dr Mitchell through seeing his ads and made that leap. After only a few sessions I saw a drastic change in my relief of pain. After my complete treatment I was renewed again! Go get you some!

A bit pricy but well worth it! I was skeptical at first but was impressed with the tenacity of Dr. Ashley. After several secessions, I wasn’t improving as well as “I” thought I should HOWEVER when Dr. Ashley told me “if YOU don’t give up on us, WE won’t give up on YOU”. I am much better now and will be signing up for a maintenance program. I would also like to comment on the professionalism of the staff from the receptionist (Anna) to all of the assistants! A nice company!!

Oh, did I mention that I had two back surgeries prior to the Wellness program that didn’t work!!

Was not interested in surgery on my neck after an unfortunate issue with my neck, spine, area. Visited the Wellness Institute and was sold on the process. I stuck with the treatments and have been able to enjoy all the things I enjoyed in life before without pain or fear of major damage to my neck or spine. This is without receiving medications, shots, surgery. I am extremely happy with the results and recommend to certainly give Dr. Mitchell a call to see how he can help. Staff was always pleasant, on task, and ready to help in any way they could. A well oiled machine. Music is always spot on!! Thanks so much!!

After I fell from a ladder while painting my house, Dr. Mitchell made my back pain disappear. After a my NSSD treatment and adjustments, I felt like I was stronger than ever! Thank you Nashville Spine and Disc.

I had fallen and broken my hip joint 6 years ago and continued to have pain which ran along my low back and leg. I didn’t think there were any other options until my son introduced me to Dr. Mitchell. I don’t need pain medications and no longer walk with a limp. Thanks Dr. Mitchell for the therapies and nutritional advice – I feel young again and cand can finally keep up with my grandchildren. I will see you soon!

Softball is my life. I was so happy when I received my scholarship to play for a university but I thought it was over when my knee went out during a scrimmage, not to mention the chronic nail infections from my cleats. I found Dr. Mitchell and he educated me on stretches and exercises and therapies really helped my pain. My knee is strong and I am back in the game. My feet are so happy with my orthotics.

Who ever thought there was another way to repair my herniated discs? I was told surgery was my only route. But Dr. Mitchell told me different. Every treatment with spinal decompression was improvement. I am more mobile, flexible and most important pain free – all of this without surgery! Thanks again!
